In close collaboration with Centre Screen and the NOM client, we designed, developed and fully produced this highly immersive sequence.
The 8 minute immersive installation, projected over 10 different walls, was developed fully during the pandemic lockdown using an innovative 'VR' based pipeline which allowed both designers and clients to meet and freely walk around in the same virtual space - an exact replica of the 'real' museum - fundamentally, a key issue in being able to discuss and understand key design aspects of the full installation, including the scale of projected animated sequences, line weights, fonts and not forgetting specific positioning on walls when viewed from the open gallery.
Each element of design could be viewed and adjusted accurately using our bespoke VR headset pipeline. This was a huge asset and enabled the production to work as efficiently as possible during difficult lockdown conditions, however, this also demonstrated that the pipeline is a viable way forward in our eco-conscious world.
This is global design with a minimal carbon footprint!
