Studio Liddell was originally founded in Manchester, UK in 1996 by Ian Liddell, Jon Liddell and Andrew Jones. Over 21 exciting years, we grew from creating still imagery for advertising to developing and producing entire children’s tv series, technical animation, apps and virtual & augmented reality content. At our core, it has always been about creating high-quality content for our clients, whatever the platform.

In December 2017 Studio Liddell became part of Immotion Group. Immotion is an exciting new UK-based technology company focused on immersive reality and we have joined them in a new studio based at their state of the art offices in MediaCityUK, Salford.

Jon Liddell and Andrew Jones have set up Liddell Jones Ltd, to continue working with the successful advertising, technical and editorial sectors which they headed up within Studio Liddell.

Studio Liddell will now be fully focused on working with talented creators and production partners to develop fabulous animated television and broadcast content.
